The Align game is a digitalized game in which, within two hours, players, will understand and experience the organizational values, accompanying behaviours and the effect of it. During the game, players experience challenges, events, chance cards and dilemmas.
Each player has an individual score on the core values and the three organizational result areas (employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and total sales) to influence and monitor during the game.
The aim of the game is to generate the highest result on the organizational score as one organization. The game can be played multiple times by all levels in the organization.
