Participants reach profound insights about themselves, their team, the way they work and how each individual can make a difference. To realize this, we use the following approaches in the development of our business games:
- By using ‘systems thinking’ (vicious circles of cause and effect), we make the invisible visible. Participants realize the influence of individuals on processes, their colleagues and business results.
- With our 25 years of experience in strategic behavior change, we give participants a new perspective on team work and competition. To do this, we build confrontational elements in our games which simulate actual consequences of actions and behaviors. By creating this deeper level in our games, participants are confronted with their own behaviors, interactions and communication.
