MeXus is a company simulation that deeply embeds values in attitude, beliefs and behavior of senior managers as a crucial step towards a full roll-out in a global organization.
It is a robust, engaging and challenging simulation of key processes, to be used in different settings to explore leadership behavior, decision making, dealing with change, values implementation and value creation.
The simulation represents the business, metaphorically translated into two competitive travel agency companies.
The business simulation game is about developing and maintaining a profitable business, facing day-to-day real-life dilemmas.
Examples of these dilemmas are:
- operational excellence vs. customer intimacy
- global vs. local
- individual freedom vs. collective interests
- fear vs. courage
- reactive vs. pro-active
Under time pressure participants have to buy and sell products strategically, set their local and global strategy and have to face real clients in role plays. During the simulation day, participants face their real behavior and immediately experience the effect of their choices. The game is played on laptops.
